Automatic cutting software – HIR25

Thanks to our automatic cutting software, you will be able to manage the entire production process, quickly and easily. The new graphic interface allows quick access to commands on the main screen.

Personalized management of the cut

With the new software it is possible to display in color the design to be cut (Pink), the workpiece (Red) and the cut (Black).

You can choose different colors for each tool.

Quick choice of configurations

Possibility to choose the most suitable configuration quickly, through an intuitive “shorcut menu”.

Custom configurations

Ability to quickly create customized configurations for the blades of each tool and each type of material.

Choice of cutting speed

Control and modification of the speed of each tool during cutting.

Permission management

User roles and privileges management. Ability to create users with limited access to specific tasks.

Advanced reports

Display of cutting reports, with all the information of the processed matrices:

• dimensions,
• duration of the cut,
• pause,
• operator,
• date,
• percentage of completion.

You can search by date or by file name.
Exporting reports to Excel.

Job queue management

The various matrices can be placed in a hot folder, so that files can be automatically uploaded in succession.
It is also possible to insert the matrices in the queue by the production manager where the production manager lists the priority of execution of the work to be divided for the various lines.
